Orphan and needy children are eligible for medical and dental coverage for both out-patient (e.g. visit to the doctor for illness) and in-patient (e.g. hospitalization) services at no cost.  They also benefit from a 24/7 tele-health helpline and preventive health education workshops.  All this at a cost of about $5.56 per child/year.
